About Me

From Architecture to Education… and Beyond

I started my career designing buildings.

Then I spent more than two decades designing learning.

Today, I’m building systems, products, and resources that help people navigate everyday life with greater clarity, confidence, and creativity.

The medium has changed.

The mission has not.

“Take complexity. Design clarity.”

That philosophy has quietly guided every chapter of my life.

I Was Raised to Be Prepared

Long before I became a teacher, an entrepreneur, or a systems designer, I was a Girl Scout.

More importantly, I was raised by a mother who devoted years of her life to being a Girl Scout leader.

Some families pass down recipes.

Mine passed down preparedness.

Not fear.

Not anxiety.

Preparedness.

I learned that good planning creates freedom.

I learned that carrying the right tools means spending less time worrying and more time enjoying the journey.

Those lessons never left me.

Life simply expanded them.

Architecture taught me to think structurally.

Teaching taught me to think adaptively.

Parenthood taught me to think creatively.

Entrepreneurship is teaching me to bring them all together.

Today, those same Girl Scout lessons appear in unexpected places—from educational resources to travel systems, from productivity tools to technology projects.

The goal has never been to own more things.

The goal has always been to create better systems.

The Architect Never Left

People often assume I changed careers.

I don’t think I did.

I simply changed what I design.

As an architect…

I designed spaces that helped people live and work.

As a teacher…

I design learning experiences that help students understand difficult concepts.

As an entrepreneur…

I design systems that make everyday life easier.

The materials changed.

The purpose never did.

“I have an end goal, but the path to get there is wherever we need to take.”

That philosophy shaped my classroom.

It’s also how I approach design.

Every person learns differently.

Every problem deserves thoughtful solutions.

Good design adapts.

Why Systems Fascinate Me

Over the years, I realized something about myself.

I don’t enjoy creating isolated products.

I enjoy building ecosystems.

A backpack isn’t just a backpack.

It’s part of a travel system.

A lesson isn’t just a worksheet.

It’s part of a learning journey.

Technology isn’t just a collection of gadgets.

It’s a toolkit that should work together seamlessly.

Whenever I begin a new project, I ask myself one question:

“How can I make this simpler, more useful, and easier for someone else?”

That question drives everything I create.

The Invisible Work

Some of the best design is invisible.

People rarely notice good infrastructure.

They notice it when it’s missing.

Good lesson plans disappear into learning.

Good organization disappears into productivity.

Good products disappear into everyday life.

When something simply works, people don’t think about the design behind it.

That’s exactly how I like it.

I’ve spent much of my career doing work that happens quietly behind the scenes.

Designing.

Planning.

Building.

Improving.

Making life just a little easier for someone else.

What I’m Building

It isn’t one idea.

It’s a collection of practical solutions built around a single philosophy.

Educational resources.

Teacher tools.

Travel systems.

Technology.

Organization.

Productivity.

Outdoor adventures.

Every project begins the same way.

With a complex problem.

And a simple question:

“How can this be better?”

The name reflects how I see the world.

Life is wonderfully infinite.

There are endless possibilities.

Endless information.

Endless ideas.

My passion is transforming those infinite possibilities into something practical.

Something usable.

Something that helps another person.

A finite formulation of something that once felt infinite.

My Goal

Whether I’m designing educational materials, developing products, organizing technology, or creating something entirely new…

I hope every project accomplishes one thing:

It gives someone back a little more time.

A little more confidence.

A little more clarity.

Because I believe the best systems don’t make life more complicated.
